Grounds and Shop Maintenance/Cleaning
Part or Full Time Depending on Season
TASKS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Hosing of concrete inside/outside with bleach and sanitizing
products.
- Inventory various construction equipment/supplies.
- Washing the outside of and detailing the inside of various
vehicles.
- Cleaning and organizing various areas such as, but not limited
to: Shop, Warehouse, outside areas and assisting with the office and utility
areas and other areas that may arise.
- Yard maintenance – mowing, trimming, gardening, and other
lawn- care tasks.
- Scooping and disposing of animal waste products.
- Be physically capable of lifting 75 pounds or more.
- Holding arms and hands above shoulders.
- Tolerance to extreme weather fluctuations in all seasons is required.
- Maintenance or mechanical skills such as but not limited to:
jump- starting vehicles with battery charged starters, using a screw driver and
hammer, using a plunger for toilets, changing oil and air filters, and other
maintenance duties as assigned.
- A positive CAN-DO attitude with problem solving
skills.
- The ability to read instructions and follow a task list.
- Comfortably and enjoyably work around animals.
- Capable of working alone and being self-motivated.
- All other duties as assigned.
