• Field employees are hired in the trade as apprentices and sponsored into a union. 
• Office employees are hired as support staff to the field.  Positions vary from Office Aids (for a student), Office Assistants, Administrative Writing Assistants, Estimating/Sales Personnel and Construction or Business Interns.
